While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I experienced behind its entrance was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

The ground was covered in grime , and a foul smell of stale beer and neglected washrooms permeated the entire venue . Reeking of a mixture of excrement , putrefaction and illness . The serving zone , which should be the focal point of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even a more revolting state — backed up, with a snapped lever and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
